Well I'm leaning towards International Cuisine and Experimental Cuisine because I just can't pin point one type of cuisine I love.
I find them all amazing from Mediterranean, French, Italian to Indian, Caribbean, Thai; they are all just so amazing and Experimental Cuisine because it literally brings the scientific method to the kitchen and its ultimate goal is to have better tasting dishes and to have much more consistency withing those dishes.
So yeah, International and Experimental cuisine for the win!
